Important Resort Guidelines

To ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful and respectful stay, we've established a few simple guidelines. These rules are designed to enhance your experience, maintain the tranquility of our property, and ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.

Am I able to smoke outdoors?

We are strictly a Non-Smoking property and do not allow smoking anywhere on or in front of the property.

Can I have daytime visitors?

We limit all reservations to 2 adults listed on the original reservation. Visitors are not allowed at anytime on the property.

Do you allow children?

We are strictly an Adults-Only property and not able to accommodate children under the age of 16.

Do you allow pets?

Our vacation rentals are not pet friendly, however, our guests staying in one of our RV sites may bring a pet or two along with prior approval. 

Does Casa Sabrosa have any special policies that guests might not expect at other RV resorts?

We have specific policies to preserve the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere of the property.

We only allow night sky rated lighting which most RVs are not equipped with so we kindly ask that no exterior lights be used. Our property is beautifully lit up at night with low voltage lighting throughout our landscaping. 

Parking: To minimize vehicle noise & glaring headlights, we do not allow any vehicles to drive in & out of the rear of the property except to hitch & un-hitch RVs. A designated parking space will be assigned in the front of the property at time of check-in.

What type of accommodations do you provide?

We have vacation rental units for overnight accommodations along with some RV Sites.

How do I make a reservation?

All of our accommodations and RV Sites are listed on Airbnb. Simply click on the book now button on our accommodations page and it will link you to our Airbnb listing.

What size RV's are you able to accommodate.

We can usually accommodate RV's up to 40' depending on our availabilty. Please note that we only provide 30 amp electric.

What is your policy regarding noise?

Please respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property and keep conversations and other sounds to a minimum.

Use of any source of amplified sound while outdoors, including bluetooth speaker, phones, etc. is not allowed.

Do you allow campfires?

To ensure safety and preserve our natural surroundings, we do not allow any open flames.
